Blessing in a Plain Brown Wrapper

What I have to offer is unexpected
Giving life to what has been neglected
If needed, making sure your spirit is resurrected
All the while keeping your heart protected

With my grace I’ll honor your crown
As I know our lineage is of great renown
My care and comfort will ever abound
A more faithful confidant cannot be found

Joyfully I’ll prepare vitals with care
Passionately I’ll stoke the intimacies we share
Respectfully I’ll strive to be honest and fair
Faithfully maintaining a loyalty so rare

My gifts are not wrapped with the usual flash
No sparkles, sleek designs or dash
Will you study me intensely or will your judgment be rash?
Could you recognize this treasure or would you mistake it for trash?

Many have passed me by in their haste
I'm not one you would copy and paste
Exterior concerns their only base
Will you also let this blessing go to waste?
